Two days to deepen your perspective on flowers through two different styles
A two-day collaborative workshop by Tomoko Koishi of Mallow and Kazuki Nakajima of KNFD.
On Day 1, after watching their respective bouquet demonstrations, participants will create bouquets using an abundance of seasonal flowers.
On Day 2, participants will experience creating a grand floral installation and then arrange a bouquet using those same flowers.
On both days, you can experience the entire process from viewing to creating and preserving, and there will be time for a photo session at the end.
*The bouquets for Day 1 and Day 2 will be different.
Day 1 | Bouquet Workshop

After viewing bouquet demonstrations by Mallow and KNFD, you will create a bouquet using an abundance of seasonal flowers.
This class offers a hands-on experience, allowing you not only to observe but also to bundle flowers with your own hands, while engaging with two different styles and philosophies. There will also be time for a photo session after the creation process.
Day 2 | Installation & Bouquet Workshop
October 27, 2026, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This class involves creating floral arrangements with other participants, followed by making bouquets using the same floral materials in the afternoon.
You'll experience both the sensation of arranging flowers in a space and the joy of creating a bouquet. At the end of the class, you can photograph your work and take it home.

Tomoko Koshiishi
A florist who runs Mallow in Denenchofu, Tokyo.
She teaches a wide range of students, from those who want to learn flowers as a hobby to those who aspire to be florists, conveying the joy of both flowers that blend into everyday life and flowers given as gifts. Her lessons are highly regarded for their unique Mallow perspective, from selecting seasonal flowers to assembling the overall design.
Kazuki Nakajima
A flower artist/creative director based in Japan, active both domestically and internationally.
Through a unique theory based on psychology, color theory, and statistics, they reconstruct the inherent structures of art, nature, and emotion using flowers. They explore designs that resonate with human instincts, transcending countries and cultures.
